On this page you can find out all about us. We provide a safe and non-judgemental environment in which you are able to talk about what is troubling you, respecting sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion or other individual differences.
Our approach is about identifying and building on your strengths and resources whilst at the same time helping you creatively overcome your problem. Part of this is to equip you with the tools to continue to help yourself after our face to face meetings end.
